Thai relaxing massage:

Thai traditional Thai massage uses no oils. It is done on the matt floor or on a futon mattress. You will be provided with massage clothing to wear during the treatment.
The therapist uses thumbs, palms, elbows, knees, and feet. The body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. You will be asked to be in different positions, lying on your back, on your stomach, your side and also in the sitting position.

Thai Therapeutic massage:

Physical pressure is applied to acupressure points or treatment points with the aim of clearing blockages in energy lines or sen lines in the body. Pressure may be applied by thumbs, palms, and elbows.
This treatment is ideal for those who suffer from minor ailments, like chronic headaches, back pain, or stiffness. It is also recommended in the treatment of minor orthopaedic disorders.

Thai Herbal ball compress:

Herbs used in the herbal ball compress originate from Thailand like plai, camphor, tamarind leaves, turmeric, lemongrass, curcuma, kaffir and galanga.
It promotes relaxation while soothing muscle pain and stiffness.
To avoid allergic reactions, the herbal ball is applied to skin indirectly.

Thai traditional massage or therapeutic massage are combined with the herbal ball compress during treatment to enhance the healing benefits

Aroma oil therapy massage:

This massage takes your mind and body on an aromatic escape to relaxation. Sajati oil, is a blend of different oil base massage and essential oils that you personally choose to indulge your senses.
All oils used are organic.

Hot stone therapy

During the massage process, it is important to let your  therapist know if you feel that the heat from the stones is too much or if  the pressure is too strong for you.

The cups are often placed on the back, neck, and shoulders or the site of pain.

Reiki

For the actual session, the client will rest comfortably on a massage table on their back with their shoes removed. Unlike massage therapy, no articles of clothing are removed and a client is always fully clothed.
